Our Privacy Policy

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy, both at the clinic and on our website.  At no time will we provide any personal information about our patients and visitors to anyone — this includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and client histories.

At certain times, as you know, insurance companies may require additional information about a patient to facilitate insurance claim processing.  We comply with such requests to the extent that information is required and is permissible by law.

For Our Patients Without Insurance:
We request that all fees be paid at the time of each visit.  We accept checks, cash, MasterCard and Visa.  We are also happy to offer special reduced-fee prepayment plans.

For Our Patients With Insurance:
Please understand that your health or accident insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier.  Therefore you must understand and agree that all services in our office are charged directly to you, and are your personal responsibility. 

As a courtesy, we will provide you with itemized statements to submit to your insurance company or bill directly, if necessary.  You will be reimbursed directly by your insurance carrier according to the provisions of your policy.

We are happy to offer our insured patients the same reduced-fee prepayment plans as are available to all other patients.
